Team building Spain offers the perfect opportunity to discover and enjoy the cinema world with a really fun team building activity. We will provide you with all the materials needed to create your own movie, using your ingenuity, creativity and team work skills. This challenge is perfect for those groups who are looking to do something original, affordable and that can be done indoors in case of winter events
How it works
You should follow three simple guidelines/rules:
- Staging: correctly choosing atrezzo (props) and costumes
- Costumes: ensure to choose a worthy costume to the film, characters, roles, etc
- Script: the Core of the movie (better to short than to long)
Now we will proceed to create the teams so you can start the production of your film/trailer. Have in mind that each member of the team should have a specific task to do, so it’s your responsibility to properly list all tasks and choose the right person(s) for each of them.
This activity is generally divided into the following steps:
- 1ª Part: Design and creation of the script.
- 2ª Part: Filming different scenes with actors, atrezzos and topics that you have chosen and tested
- 3ª Part: Edition with the help of an iPad that we provide, you may make production, choose music, cut and paste and edit the movie until you get it right… hopefully…
At the end of the team building event, all films will be screened in a room, where the best film will be chosen, based on several criteria like originality, quality, scripts and texts, edition.
